Open Call: Women, Leadership, Politics YEPP Camp

Youth of the European People's Party

Women, Leadership, Politics YEPP Camp visual announcement

From 03 to 07 June 2026, YEPP will bring together 30 young people from across Europe in Madrid for the Women, Leadership, Politics YEPP Camp. Designed as an interactive space for young people, the camp will create room for learning, exchange, debate, and inspiration around women’s empowerment and women in politics.

Through a dynamic programme of interactive workshops, debates, and meetings with politicians, participants will dive into key questions around the evolution of feminism, women’s leadership, and the challenge of achieving gender-balanced political representation. Along the way, they will also gain practical tools to strengthen their advocacy and leadership skills.

Beyond discussion, the camp will place a strong emphasis on connecting ideas with real political and institutional experience. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with high-level policy-makers and visit important institutions, bringing them closer to the realities of leadership, decision-making, and political action in practice.

This camp goes beyond theory. It is designed to help young people reflect critically, exchange perspectives, and develop the skills needed to engage more actively in political and organisational life.
