YEPP sends its condolences to the Young European Socialists

Youth of the European People's Party

YouthEPP, the official youth organisation of the European People’s Party representing Christian Democratic and Conservative organisations in Europe, today (June 5th), sends its condolences to the Young European Socialists on the tragic death of Abdullah Cömert from YES member organisation in Turkey, the Republican People’s Party (CHP).
 
YEPP joins with YES in expressing its sincere condolences to the family and friends of Abdullah Cömert.
 
YEPP condemns violence of all hues and will work closely with our Socialist colleagues to ensure recent events in Turkey are prevented and justice is ensured.
