Gunars Elksnis

Gunārs Elksnis was born in Riga in 1982. He has graduated from the University of Latvia, Faculty of Law, second level professional degree in legal science. From 2007 until 2010 Gunārs had the privilege to serve as a president of Youth of Latvia People's party. Also Gunārs had been board member of Student's Council of the University of Latvia and chairman of the Student's Council of Law Faculty, University of Latvia. Currently he is Vice President of YEPP.
